Theory and Practice in Social Studies is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring the intersection of theoretical frameworks and practical applications in the field of social studies. It provides a forum for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to exchange insights and research findings across the social sciences.

The journal welcomes submissions from scholars worldwide. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Sociology: Social structure and stratification, social mobility and inequality, community governance, social networks, social issues (e.g., aging, poverty, educational equity), and social policy evaluation.

  • Psychology: Social psychology (group behavior, interpersonal cognition), developmental psychology, and applied psychology (educational and organizational psychology).

  • Interdisciplinary Fields: Innovative studies integrating social sciences with natural sciences and humanities, such as environmental sociology, digital political science, and health economics.
