Self‑Archiving Policy

This document delineates the self-archiving policies and guidelines for all scholarly content published in this open access (OA) journal, with the primary objective of ensuring the long-term accessibility, integrity, and permanence of all published academic outputs.

1. Core Archiving Principle

  • All scholarly works formally published in this journal are permanently archived in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a globally recognized and trusted digital preservation infrastructure dedicated to safeguarding academic literature.
  • The journal adheres to the core principle of upholding the accessibility, integrity, and permanence of all published content to support the widespread dissemination of academic achievements.

2. Archiving Scope

  • Peer-reviewed scholarly articles: All peer-reviewed works accepted and published by the journal, including original research articles, systematic review papers, short communications, case studies, and perspective articles.
  • Supplementary materials: All materials associated with published works, including figures, tables, appendices, raw data sets, multimedia attachments, and supporting documentation.
  • Editorial content: Integral editorial components, such as editorial notes, prefaces, afterwords, and letters to the editor, which contextualize the journal’s academic record.
  • Historical content: Back issues and historical published materials (where applicable), which are systematically collated, organized, and uploaded to PKP PN by the editorial team to ensure the continuity of the journal’s academic heritage.

3. Author Archiving Rights

  • Authors retain the right to archive the final published version (version of record) of their scholarly works in institutional repositories, personal professional websites, or other reputable academic platforms.
  • This right is contingent upon authors providing accurate and comprehensive citation to the original publication, including the journal title, volume, issue, page numbers, publication date, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI) (where available).
  • Proper citation ensures the original publication is appropriately attributed and enables readers to efficiently locate and access the official version of the work.

4. Preservation Guarantee

  • The journal collaborates with the PKP Preservation Network to ensure long-term digital preservation and uninterrupted accessibility of all archived content.
  • PKP PN employs robust, evidence-based preservation technologies, including redundant storage systems, format migration protocols, and regular integrity verification procedures, to mitigate risks of content loss, corruption, or technological obsolescence.
  • The preservation framework operates independently of changes in the journal’s operational structure, management, or publishing platform, ensuring sustained accessibility to the global academic community, educators, and the public.
