Theory and Practice in Social Studies is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing scholarship at the intersection of theoretical frameworks and practical applications in the social sciences. To uphold the academic quality and integrity of the journal, we invite qualified scholars to join our reviewer panel.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate submitted manuscripts for academic merit, methodological rigor, validity of conclusions, and contribution to the field.

  2. Provide detailed, constructive, and timely feedback in accordance with the journal’s review guidelines.

  3. Participate in review discussions as needed, engaging with complex or borderline cases.

Qualifications

  • Hold a doctoral degree in sociology, political science, economics, anthropology, history, psychology, or a related field

  • Possess a strong publication record in reputable academic journals

  • Demonstrate familiarity with current theories, methods, and debates in the social sciences

  • Ability to deliver objective, high-quality reviews within specified timeframes
